If for any reason the performance of your product is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want a chance to get it right! We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
In the claims process, please understand that warranted products are replaced at the discretion of New Dimension Sport Fitness and warranties do not cover normal wear and tear on the product. Products modified or repaired outside of New Dimension Sport Fitness will be without warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if the product is damaged due to negligent use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user.
